The CIP—Portuguese Business Confederation—seeks to establish itself as a strong employers’ organization, with members including companies, sectoral and regional associations, and all Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Portugal.

ANIMEE is affiliated with the CIP and has been an active member of this Confederation since 1976.
APCER—the Portuguese Certification Association—is dedicated to certifying management systems, services, products, and individuals in order to ensure quality and promote competitive advantages for public and private entities, both domestic and international.
The creation of APCER enabled the transfer of IPQ’s certification activities to another credible entity, thereby separating and granting autonomy to the certification and accreditation activities.

Voltimum is the result of a partnership among several European manufacturers in the electrical sector, who have joined forces with the goal of promoting the exchange of information among industry stakeholders through the creation of a portal dedicated to the electrical sector.

LIP is the leading institution for research in the field of experimental particle physics and related technologies in Portugal.
